Our Story

We started ANPR.software after experiencing firsthand the frustration of trying to use global ANPR solutions for GCC license plates. Existing APIs struggled with Arabic text, couldn't distinguish between emirate-specific formats, and failed to recognize the unique plate designs found across the Gulf region.

So we built our own. Our team of ML researchers and backend developers from Kazakhstan, with a legal presence in the UAE, collected and annotated over 260,000 real GCC plate images, developed custom ML models optimized for Arabic-English dual-language recognition, and created a system that truly understands the nuances of plates from Dubai to Riyadh to Doha.
